We provide four categories of cars for outstation bookings. You can choose from
the following options:
Hatchback - Tata Indica, WagonR or similar.
Sedan - Tata Tigor, Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios or similar.
SUV - Xylo, Ertiga, Marazzo or similar.
SUV Luxury - Innova , Innova Crysta or similar
Inclusions:

Extra kilometer charges beyond the base distance fare (Check table above for

Note: Toll and state charges may be included for certain routes, and they
will be reflected in
your booking quotation as well as in your invoice.
You need to pay just 20% of the total trip fare at the time of booking. You can pay the rest after the completion of the ride.
Quick Ride supports all major online digital payment platforms like PayTm,
Amazon Pay, Phone Pe etc. You
can also pay using your Credit/Debit cards.
Important: All the cash transactions made directly to the driver during
your outstation trip must
be recorded in the Quick Ride app.
An additional allowance will be applicable and must be paid to the driver for
driving between 10:00 PM
and 06:00 AM on any of the nights.

All the cars we provide undergo a pre-examination for quality and condition. However, if an unexpected breakdown occurs during your journey, we will make every effort to arrange another vehicle of the same category for you. Alternatively, you have the option to be refunded based on the distance covered.
Any additional or incidental charges must be Recorded by the driver in the app and require the customer's approval. If there are any cash transactions, you can register them in the Quick Ride app, and they will be adjusted accordingly in the final invoice.
The initial bill covers the fixed distance and driver allowance, while the final bill includes charges like tolls, state taxes, night driving allowance, and extra kilometer fare. Outstation bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the pickup time without charges. Cancellation fees apply for cancellations within this time frame, ranging from ₹100 to 20% of the total trip fare. Quick Ride compensates customers if a driver cancels a trip after accepting it.
